Ramada Encore by Wyndham Amagasaki

Initially we were in an older part of the hotel and realized the central aircon and fan weren't working. The first night someone came to help me us with it and when it turned off again the second night, after trying to fix it, the front desk clerk told us (politely) thats how it was going to be and to open a window. When I requested another room because we at least needed a fan or airflow he eventually said we could move to another room the next day. When we finally did we were beyond surprised to learn there are very modern and updated rooms in this hotel the new room was fantastic and we regretted not having it from the beginning, though we did book very last minute. I'm very happy they were able to remedy our problems and we had a very good stay in the end and would be back.

The room was clean and ready for us. First myy room was old and it was a smoking room. We requested to change to a non-smoking room and we got a newer one which was more comfortable and spacious.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I chose not to include breakfast with my stay, due to health conditions. I have to have a select diet. The bed was firm and everything worked.
